All seven Twin Cities metro counties: Anoka, Carver, Dakota, Hennepin, Ramsey, Scott and Washington. Tandem is based at 7401 Metro Boulevard in Edina and therapists travel to the client's home throughout the metro.
Do I have to travel to a clinic in Edina?
No. Tandem is an in-home practice. The Edina address is the office; therapy happens at the client's home. That is deliberate, because training on the actual stairs and the actual chair is what makes the strength transfer to daily life.
Is there an extra charge for traveling to my area?
Travel across the seven-county metro is part of how Tandem operates rather than an add-on line item. The therapist explains the full cost of the program at the free in-home consultation, before anything is scheduled.
What if my parent lives outside the seven counties?
Call (952) 746-3222 and ask. Tandem's published service area is the seven-county metro, and the practice will tell you directly whether your specific address can be covered rather than guessing here.
Do you serve senior living communities as well as private homes?
Tandem works with clients where they live. Discuss the specific setting on the call, because independent living, assisted living and private residences each have their own access and coordination requirements.
